In this episode I offer supportive teachings, reflections, and guided practice to support you in sitting with what is present and alive deep within in order to promote processing and restoration. This will also allow the experience to ground you into listening and moving from your greater being instead of purely from intellect (the mind). 

At the beginning I explore the questions: "What does it actually mean to sit with your sadness or pain?!" and then offer guidance (almost like a meditation), using the episode as a container to support you, to help you: 

  • Slow down and ground your energy
  • Connect with and explore safety
  • Understand emotion from an energetic perspective  
  • Become an neutral and curious observer
  • Growing your capacity to feel
  • Engage your body for gentle primal release
  • Reap the rich benefits of the "after"
